I utilize Direct Checkout and PayPal to facilitate your, online, shopping experience. A PayPal account is not required to complete any order.
Acceptable forms of payment at shows/event include the following (ONLY):
- Cash
- American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations for any purchases must be made within 72 hours from time of purchase. All cancelations made within 72 hours from time of purchase
will be granted a full refund, including the cost of shipping paid by you. Cancelations will NOT be granted after 72 for any reason.
Taxes
Sales tax and local tax (where applicable) are charged to all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for all taxes that apply to your purchase.
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the total package. The weight of each piece of pottery is rounded up to the nearest whole number. Please be aware, I am unable to provide you with the exact cost of shipping for your purchases made online. Therefore, if the actual cost of shipping is less than the shipping fee you were charged, I promise to reimburse you the exact difference (within 1 week from shipment date).
Shipping
All pottery for sale is shippable. If you would like to pick-up your order, please choose PICKUP at time of checkout when making a online purchase. Please make arrangements to pick-up any order by contacting me at here.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks upon payment. All packages ship via UPS GROUND. I only ship packages to a valid street address within the 48 contiguous states*. Once package is shipped, please allow 1-7 business days for your order to arrive (origin of shipping is Pennsylvania). If you would like to track your purchase, please provide a valid email address.
* I do not ship packages to PO Boxes
Damaged Shipment
I want your pottery to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps, immediately, within 72 hours of opening the package:
1. Take a photograph of the damaged item and send it via email or text.
2. Please ensure you leave a detailed message via email or call with details.
(We will discuss possible solutions)
Return Policy
Each piece of pottery is handmade. Please keep in mind that no two pieces will be exactly alike. Slight variations will occur from piece to piece in terms of size and shape. In addition, the same glaze will vary on each piece of pottery. All photographs are taken to best represent each piece or set in hopes of giving a more accurate visual to ensure satisfaction of purchase. That said, we understand some returns may need to take place.
Please make contact within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be received back in the original condition and packaging in which it was received. All returns must be initiated within 30 days and shipped within 50 days of purchase date accompanied by a copy of your customer receipt. Returns will not be granted after 30 days from the purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are refunded in the same form as original payment with the exclusion of cash which will not be mailed for any reason.
Upon the completion of a return, refunds will be issued in full (includes the original cost of shipping), IF:
- Item/items arrive in the same condition as sent to you.
Any returns that do not arrive in the same condition will not be granted a full refund:
- You will NOT receive a refund for each item that arrives broken or severely cracked. I will however, refund the original cost of shipping
(the cost you paid to ship the item to you).
- You will NOT receive a refund for the items you wish to return that are missing from the package when returned. In this case, I will NOT refund the original
cost of shipping (the cost you paid to ship the item to you).
Privacy Policy
I am committed to customer privacy. I do not sell or rent any customer information to third parties. Customer information established from online purchases such as email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, and names are solely for completing orders. I do not collect or store credit card information. All online transactions are processed through a third party, PayPal, whose privacy policy can be reviewed at https://www.paypal.com/home.
Information customers, voluntarily, provide when subscribing to CRG CLAY's emailing list is stored through MailChimp. CRG CLAY utilizes the information you provide for marketing purposes only. All advertising and promotional information comes directly from CRG CLAY. In addition, all advertisements and promotional information are strictly related to CRG CLAY and its products.
